Why this notice?

This page describes how the website manages the processing of its users’ personal data.

This information notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (henceforth the Privacy Code), to all users who visit Multipartner’s website, accessible by internet at the following address:

The information notice only concerns Multipartner S.p.A. website and not other websites the user may consult through the use of links.

The notice is prompted by Recommendation n. 2/2001 implemented on 17th May 2001 by the European authorities for personal data protection, to identify certain minimum requisites for the collection of personal data online and, more specifically, the procedures, times and the nature of the information that data controllers must provide users with when they visit web pages, regardless of the purposes of the visit.

The Data Controller

Following consultation of this website, data concerning identified or identifiable subjects can be processed. The Data Controller is Multipartner S.p.A., whose Registered Office is in Rome (Italy), Vicolo Barberini, 35 - 00187.

Place

The data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating office mentioned above, and are handled only by Multipartner’s technical staff in charge of data processing. If necessary, the data collected from the Newsletter service or “Request a Demo” can be processed by other staff in charge with technical management of the website. Personal data provided by users are used solely to carry out the requested service or activity.

Types of processed data

Browsing data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the "IP addresses" or domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the web server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the web server (success, error, etc...) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check the correct operation of the Multipartner S.p.A website.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and IT environment.

This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistics on Multipartner S.p.A.’s website usage and to check its correct functioning. This data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: currently, except for this last case, data concerning web contacts is kept for no more than seven days.


Data provided voluntarily by the user
Requests to send e-mail to the addresses indicated in the relevant section of the Multipartner S.p.A  website entail the subsequent acquisition of certain personal data of the applicant, including the applicant's e-mail address, necessary to respond to the requests.

Specific summary disclosures will be progressively contained or displayed on the pages of the website prepared for these particular services on request.
The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatching of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to reply to the requests and also any other personal data contained in the message. Specific concise information concerning personal data shall be cited or visualised in the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.


Cookies
A cookie is a small "data file" that some websites may send to the address of the user who is visiting them in order to trace their path within the site and collect data in an exclusively anonymous form to improve the services and user-friendliness of the website itself. For these reasons, during navigation of its site, Multipartner web server may also exchange cookies with the users' computers. All users may in any case, if they so choose, set their browsers in such a way as to receive a warning of the presence of a cookie and decide whether to accept it or refuse it. It is also possible to refuse the reception of cookies automatically activating the specific option in the browser: failure to use cookies, however, could entail difficulties in interaction with Multipartner's website. The website does not acquire any of the users’ personal data.
We do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor do we use so-called persistent cookies, i.e. user-tracking systems.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient use of the website.
The session cookies used in Multipartner’s website avoid using other information techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

Optional data provision

In addition to that specified for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data in the “Request a Demo” and “Subscribe to our Newsletter” modules, or indicated to request information or other any other communication.
Failure to provide data may make it impossible to provide the requested service.

 

Processing method

Personal data is processed with automated instruments, only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized access.

Data Subject’s Rights

Users whose personal data has been collected, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the said data and to know their content and origin, check their accuracy or request additions or updates, or rectification under the terms of Art. 7 of the Privacy Code.
Pursuant to this article, the data subject has the right to have the data unlawfully processed erased, made anonymous or blocked and also to object in any case to its processing, on legitimate grounds.
