Each user has a personal Q&A area where he/she can submit new questions, read the responses, and search among all questions that have been answered. Search specific key words within the text (full text search) or query based on certain criteria, such as the date the file was uploaded, the author or manager of the document, etc. The DRM can access the "edit" section of a file and manage the printing rights, modify the file name, upload a new version of the file, set an alert date, etc. This icon will appear next to the file name if the user has saving/printing rights for that file.
