





Data Room Manager page: The client can nominate one or more Data Room Managers (DRMs).

A Data Room Manager is able to: add, modify, eliminate and rename documents; assign specific roles to various users, control user logs, send newsletters and respond to users utilizing the feedback and Q&A functions.
The DRM has the possibility to manage and/or modify the rights users have to save and print for every single document within the portal.

The DRM also has access to statistical reports (access log, user information, page popularity, etc.).
