The 8th Annual European Financial Services Conference

Multipartner participated as a partner at the 8th Annual European Financial Services Conference that was placed on 26th April 2010 in Brussels.

Now in its eighth year, The European Financial Services Conference is held annually and is the major event in the Brussels calendar on financial services.

Each year, the event brings together more than 450 senior international participants to debate issues affecting European and global financial markets, and over the years we have welcomed as speakers numerous Ministers, company CEOs, national bankers and regulators both from within the EU and around the world. The debate at this year’s event will focus on moving forward from the global economic crisis and on developing a new financial services rulebook for a new world order.

  We will address Real Estate professionals and we will introduce the use of VDR services in the Real Estate sector.
  The presentation will be recorded and broadcasted on Daily RE TV.

• Thursday 11th June, 11.00 am – 12:00 pm at our stand.
  
• Friday 12th June, 12:00 – 1:00 pm at our stand.
  
  Conferences on the use of Virtual Data Rooms in the Real Estate sector and presentation of two "VDR demos":
  the first simulates the management of real estate properties located in different geographical areas; the second simulates a selling/valorization procedure of a real estate portfolio where the VDR is useful for confidentially sharing numerous documents and multimedia files between all the parties involved in the procedure.
  During the conference participants will be able to take part in the discussion and receive answers to all their questions.

Partner of the Round Table Private Equity, M&A and Virtual Data Rooms organized by the publishing company Editrice Le Fonti.
Multipartner presented the Virtual Data Room services as a means to support Private Equity and M&A procedures.

Over 50 participants, professionals, university lecturers and consultants (i.e. BNP Parisbas Asset Management SGR S.p.A.; Borsa Italiana; Law firm Pedersoli e Associati, Law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, etc.) took part in the Round Table to discuss the new perspectives of international Private Equity.
