The VDR can divide all data into sections according to the various groups involved, such as:

• The asset management company - responsible for the management of all assets in the fund and the administration of all participants;
• The Depository Bank - responsible for providing the tools and financial applications for the assets in the fund and supervises the legitimacy of operations and upholds the values necessary when the capital funds are issued and refunded;
• The “arranging” bank and/or placement agents – responsible for raising captial;
