Board communication represents an efficient solution for sharing documents and information among the members of one or more Boards (Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, Executive Committee, Specific Committees, etc.) in an extremely secure and flexible way, without running the risk of disclosing so-called “inside” information beforehand.

On this matter the regulation regarding a cautious use of inside information is vast, and there are obligations of confidentiality on the company’s board members, the Statutory Auditors, the managers and employees who have access to inside information, that is, information that:

• is precise;
• has not yet been disclosed;
• regards, directly or indirectly, one or more listed companies,
• if disclosed, could significantly influence the prices of such financial companies (price sensitive).
